All our services are handled by the dedicated Marie in Lisbon team of professional wedding planners, ensuring that every detail of your celebration is executed flawlessly. Once we start working together, you’ll gain access to our wedding planning software, Aisle Planner, where you can easily view and manage your mood board, venue layout, and detailed budget all in one place.
To keep everything on track, we’ll set up a personalized monthly call schedule for regular updates, and you’ll receive a comprehensive planning guide to help you book each vendor at the right time. How to Start The Process With Our Team
Step 1: Begin with an introductory call. We’d love to hear all about your wedding vision! After that, you’ll receive tailored proposals designed to reflect your ideas.
Step 2: The proposal suits you: secure our service by signing the contract and your first deposit to plan the visit.

Wedding Planning Fee
Our Fee Structure:
We believe every wedding deserves the highest level of care and attention. To reflect the bespoke service we provide, our planning fee follows an international standard:
• 15% of the total wedding budget (applied to the overall spend)
Please note that our services operate with a minimum fee of €8,000 + VAT.
• Destination Wedding (Outside Portugal):
All travel expenses and accommodations must be covered by the client.
